Spa Regulations

Check-In It is important that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment begins. Your therapist will ask you to fill out a consultation form, which will help the therapist determine that the treatment booked is suitable for you.

Inform Your Therapist For optimal results, it is important to let your therapist know if you are feeling some sort of discomfort or would like her to focus on a particular area.

Cancellation Policy Should you need to cancel or rebook your treatments, it is of utmost importance that you notify the Spa Reception 24 hours prior to the treatment time. This will allow the Spa to accommodate other clients' needs. A cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the treatment shall be charged if the treatment is cancelled within 24 hours of the treatment time.

Late Arrivals We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, should your therapist have treatments booked, we would have to end your treatment as scheduled.

Garden Pool area

The Garden Pool is a large fresh water pool set in blissful surroundings of The Fortina's tropical garden. Relax and unwind whilst soaking up the sun and enjoy a drink by the swim-up Island Bar. Sun beds and pools towels are provided at no charge, for Hotel residents.

Thalasso Spa Mediterranee

The unique Thalasso Spa Mediterranee at the Hotel Fortina boasts to have the only concentrated heated seawater pool on the Maltese Islands, which contains three times the amount of salt & minerals than normal seawater.

The centre also houses a Large Fresh Water Pool.
