Pissouri is really two villages. One mountainous, clinging to a steep hill, full of winding alleyways and qaint tavernas, and a couple of miles downhill is 'Pissouri jetty' where the long stetch of beach is situated.

The pissouri beach resort, is a fantastic luxurious experience and an excellent choice foe a wedding or honeymoon, and there is just enough variety in the village to keep you blissfully happy. Eating out is very good - try Limanaki for a excellent fusion of Lebanese and Cypriot flavours . But another benefit Pissouri has is its location half way inbetween Paphos and Limassol so as a base for exploring the island it couldn't be better. Highly recommended if you just want to concentrate on each other in great surroundings and tranquility.
