At "Cloisters" the main restaurant of the hotel, an arcaded cross vaulted space with views towards the 16th century monastery, with timber roof trusses, ochre colored arches and antique terracotta floor that enhance it's warm and rustic quality. This air-conditioned restaurant serves high quality buffet breakfast and themed buffet or a la carte dinners of mediterennean flavours. Romantic candle lit dinners are also served al fresco.
