Documentation Required: Duration of stay in the USA is between 0 days and 3 days. Always allow 1 working day after your wedding to receive your wedding certificate.

Passport copy of both Bride and Groom's, certified by Solicitor *full 10 year passport is recommended for the USA with more than 6 months validity on the date of the wedding.

Full Birth Certificates of Bride and Groom *all birth certificates must be the full version and printed not hand written.

Certificate of No Impediment To Marriage for the Bride and Groom / Affidavit * This document confirms that you are free to marry and can be issued in your local Registrars office and must be issued within 3 months prior to your wedding date.

Decree Absolute / Divorce certificate if required

Deep Poll Certificate *If any party has changed names

Adoption Certificates if any parties was adopted.

Death Certificate * If any parties is a widower, a death certificate is required.

Please note we arrange weddings in New York, Florida and Las Vegas.

The legal age for weddings in the USA is 18.
You must also apply in person for your wedding licence in all states within the USA and the cost is around $100.00 for Florida, $55.00 in Las Vegas and $35.00 in new York.
